CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

1. Secure Card-on-File Requirement
To secure an appointment at 88 Barber Shop, customers must tokenize a valid card via the Square Web Payments SDK. Pay-at-venue appointments incur $0 upfront charges at the time of booking.
2. 24-Hour Free Cancellation Window
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time in America/Los_Angeles (Pacific Time).
3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or missed appointments (no-shows) are subject to a $25.00 fee charged against the saved card on file.
4. PCI-DSS Compliance & Card Data
88 Barber Shop never stores, logs, or transmits raw credit card numbers or CVV codes. All tokenization is executed securely directly on Square PCI Level 1 certified servers.
